Hope Lives Here.

Hope’s Harbor is expanding the Dupont Campus House to meet an already urgent and growing need. Through a full renovation and expansion, this home will be transformed to better serve NICU families in crisis, ensuring Hope Has Room when it matters most.

Now It Needs More Room.

When complete, our Dupont Campus House will offer 10 private guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms, within a thoughtfully designed hospitality home that increases capacity while providing the comfort, care, and support families rely on.

The Solution

The Dupont Campus House expansion will create a purpose-built hospitality home featuring 10 private guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a children’s playroom, family gathering spaces, and an outdoor respite area, giving more NICU families a place to stay close when it matters most.

This crucial expansion will cost approximately $3.1 million. With a board designated investment and in-kind lease provided by our hospital partner, the solution is taking shape.

Together, we can make sure Hope Has Room for families with hospitalized newborns.

The Weaver Family

For 137 days, the Weaver family fought to stay close to the their premature son, Charles, in the NICU. After hospital stays, hotel nights, and repeated Hope’s Harbor day-pass visits, Hope’s Harbor was finally able to provide them an overnight room and the stability to remain close and supported during the most critical days of their son’s care. Their story is just one of hundreds more families who need Hope’s Harbor each year.
