What to Expect

From Apply to Be Our Guest, this process typically takes a few hours.

Inquire & Apply
Call us at 260-459-8550 or complete the form above to start your guest inquiry. A member of our Guest Services team will answer your questions and guide you through the guest application process.

Get Verified
A member of our team will contact medical staff to verify your child's patient status and conduct a background check on all potential guests.

Register & Tour
Guests are scheduled for an individual Welcome Tour with a member of our Gust Services Team to finalize registration and learn how to access the amenities available to them.

Be our Guest
As you settle in, please let any member of our staff know how we can make your visit as comfortable and refreshing as possible. We are here to support you so that you can be there for your child.

Guests of Hope’s Harbor will have access to a variety of amenities all at no cost to families with a child receiving medical care. Our facilities are all fully accessible.

Food

We are fortunate to have generous individuals, companies, churches and groups that volunteer to prepare meals for guests.

Guests are welcome to store personal food items in their designated private pantry and refrigerator located in the kitchen. No food is permitted in guest rooms.

Cost

The services provided by Hope’s Harbor are free to guests thanks to the generosity of donors. We encourage guests with the ability to consider donating to Hope’s Harbor to keep this support available to all families. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference.
